Advertising & Compensation. Disclosure Paid Advertising. All companies featured on AmericasNextInvestment.com are paid advertisements. Americas Next Investment, Inc. (“ANI”) is a marketing, media production, and advertising company. ANI provides promotional services, media production, advertising placement, and lead generation services to issuers. ANI is compensated by issuers to publicize their companies and/or securities offerings. Any featured company has paid for marketing and promotional exposure.

Compensation Structure. Flat Fee (Cash). ANI receives flat fees for advertising, production, media placement, and marketing services; Fees are typically paid in advance; Compensation is not contingent upon capital raised; ANI does not receive commissions; ANI does not receive transaction-based compensation; ANI is not paid based on the success of any offering; Fees are owed regardless of campaign outcome. Issuers may pay additional fees for expanded advertising or continued promotional services. Flat Fee (Securities) In certain cases, ANI may receive compensation in the form of securities (including common stock or warrants) from the issuer as payment for advertising services; Securities compensation is not tied to capital raised; ANI does not participate in securities transactions; ANI does not solicit or sell securities on behalf of issuers; Any securities received are solely compensation for advertising services. Additional issuances may occur pursuant to written agreements.
